How to track your order
- When your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Click the link in that email to see where your parcel is.
- You can also open your order confirmation email and click View your order to see its status at any time.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared in [X] business days, then delivered in [X–Y] business days to the US and UK. See our shipping policy for full details.
Need help?
If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, or you can't find your shipping email, contact us at [support@mivanza.com] with your order number and we will check it for you.
